Shipping, Returns and FAQ
Scrapify is an Australian business based in Gympie Queensland run by me - Kaye Grieve. I also have a shopfront at 1030 Tin Can Bay Road, Canina, 4570.
I started as a scrapbooker who wanted to get my hands on all the products you see on Youtube and classes by National and International Artists but was frustrated by not being able to get them locally or without all the high shipping costs.
So my focus is to support my customers with Scrapbooking, Stamping and Mixed Media/Art supplies and product information.
When checking out, you can checkout as a guest or you can choose to apply for an online account. By applying for an account, you have the advantages of quick checkout next time as well as being able to look up past orders.
Customer service and support is very important to me and is provided in a number of ways:
- product information and support videos on the website, through my blog and by email
- open and honest communication with you, my customer
- and to provide a fair and timely resolution if an issue should arise.
Most orders are shipped within 24 (unless there are out of stock items or there are delays in stock arrivals) and are then delivered to most capital cities within 2-5 days and to most regional areas within 5-7 days.
Delivery and Shipping
Scrapify delivers most items, anywhere in Australia for a flat rate of $9.20.
Larger packages such as scrapbooking papers, cardstock etc has a flat rate of $20.
I refund postage if it is less than what you have been charged.
All prices are in Australian Dollars and include GST. At Scrapify, I aim to keep my prices as low as possible, unfortunately the fluctuating Australian dollar causes pricing adjustments from time to time.
The information requested from you to apply for an account is only used to send your orders, receive payments and/or keep you up-to-date on products and classes at Scrapify. Your credit card details are not stored anywhere after use. I will not sell or distribute any of your details to a third party.
Mobile phone numbers are used on packaging, so that you can receive updates from Auspost.
I take pride in ensuring that your package arrives in perfect condition but occasionally something may be damaged during transit and you may need an item replaced. Simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. If you have any questions about the return of your item/s, please email me at email@example.com or call on 0409862715. Be sure to include your order number and e-mail address with any correspondence. I'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Please choose carefully - returns due to a change of mind and where the product has been unused and unopened can be returned for store credit, but you, the customer is responsible for any postage costs associated with returning the product as well as any additional cost to post any exchanged items.
