Moon Shadow Sprays are vintage colours with a brown undertone and a gorgeous secondary colour shimmer! They are great to add a vintage, or aged look to your projects. Based on an Old Worlde walnut ink recipe - The depth of brown undertone varies in shade - some colours are based on a dark brown, while others are a lighter brown.
They can also be used on any porous surface, (paper, wood, fabric, balsa, chipboard, etc. For different textures try pressing gently on the sprayer which will produce larger droplets, while pressing firmly will give you a fine mist.
Information for Using Your Spray For The First Time:
Tap out any excess powder in the sprayer tube first. Add HOT water to the fill line on the label, stir with a stick & let sit at least 10 minutes then screw on the lid & shake. (if you don't wait, the gum arabic will not dissolve fully & will clog the sprayer). Remember to shake before each use and your spray should never clog .
Watch the video below to see how it’s done - They add the water in 2 steps but I do it in 1 and have never had a problem.
Moonlit Mulberry has a rich, darker brown undertone with a deep amethyst shimmer.
